Trash can alongside ball field bleachers hasn’t been emptied for weeks. Please address?

What is the status of your pursuit of code violations for complaint #20220424 on this property. When the original complaint was filed on SeeClickFix you provided this reference number for further information. Has this property been cited? Protruding rebar, hanging wires, busted fencing remain.

This lot and the remaining structure is a graffiti laden, trash and construction material filled, broken down fence eyesore and has been for months. Overgrown with weeds. I know this lot has been purchased within the last few months but that does not excuse the sharp rusted rebar protruding from the ground, and trash. An eyesore in a neighborhood where people take pride in their homes. What can be done?

Reclaimed water leak at 105 fills north side of 14th Ave with water in early mornings. This has been repaired many times and has started leaking again this week.

Trash can near bleachers at Hurley Park Ballfield is gone. Heavily used by little league spectators and dog walkers. Always fills quickly. Please replace.

What appears to be large irrigation water leak outside of left field fence. Between 15th street and the fence, west of bleacher seating. Easy to see. Only leaks occasionally, but it’s a lot when it does.

Water in Dog Park has been turned off. Please turn back on so dogs can have water to drink.

County says drainage issue is St Pete Beach City problem and will not fix. There has been water in alley behind 1306 PAG way for days as a result of water pumped from construction site on Gulf Way. Sewer drain clogged and water just sits there in a giant pool. Please address.

Trees and more are overgrown and severely need trimming. This easement is the city’s property and responsibility.

For the last several years the area where the eastern alley meets 14th avenue floods and remains a small lake 4-5” deep for days after each rain. It is a pedestrian hazard as people have to walk in the street to get around it. Not sure if it’s more shell or resurfacing needed. Please repair this hazard.

These have been on all day. Please replace timer for curbside sprinklers.

Alley behind 1400 Pass A Grille Way floods at 14th Ave when it rains. Curb there is uneven and is also a pedestrian trip hazard. Fill has been applied to alley here in the past and temporarily relieved the problem. More fill is required now.
