    At 11.30am on 9/12 I watched a City of Hartford truck marked "Supervisor" heading south on Capitol blatantly run a light that had been red for at least 3-5 seconds. Unacceptable and potentially dangerous behavior for a city employee!

    There is a sink hole on the north side Capitol Ave between Laurel Street and the railroad bridge. It appears pothole patching just took place at this location but this sinkhole has appeared right in the middle of it.
