    The pedestrian crossing signal is not working to cross Snowden River Parkway from Dobbin Road to Dried Earth Blvd. Pressed the button multiple times and waited for several cycles of the traffic light and crossing signal never changed.

    There are two dead trees and one tree that is half dead on Sewells Orchard Drive between Summercrest Drive and White Peach Place. The first dead tree is on the corner near 6302 Summercrest Drive. The other two are closer to White Peach. There are also at least two half dead trees on the other side of the road between Red Haven and Loring Drive.

    For the past 2-3 months, large branches have been falling off of the street tree in front of our house. I would appreciate if someone will clear out dead limbs from the tree as well as trim low hanging branches and branches close to the house.
