    The ramp to go from Route 543 to Route 1 needs to be resurfaced. The ramp is torn up and could cause unnecessary wear and tear on motorist vehicles besides the fact that it is unsafe. It's been like this for awhile now but yet has not been addressed.
  • 1651-1661 Conowingo Rd Bel Air, MD 21014, USA - Harford County
    The red light at the intersection of East-West Highway & Conowingo Rd is still having a timing issue. When you are traveling on Conowingo Rd ( in either direction) and you stop at a Red signal at this light, the traffic traveling along East-West Highway have a significantly longer green light. During rush hour Conowingo Rd at this intersection backs up at both ends both in the morning and evening. Also at 10pm at night, if you are traveling along Conowingo Rd and are sitting at a Red signal, you sit there for a significantly long time. Meanwhile no traffic will travel along East-West Highway. This causes unnecessary delays. At the vary least the timing needs to be adjusted during non peak hours because motorist just sit there for no reason while absolutely no traffic goes by. And usually by the time someone does come along East-West Highway, the light changes and then they have to wait all because the light sat idle holding up traffic.

    The traffic light at east-west highway and conowingo road as a sever timing issue. If you are traveling on conowingo rd (either direction), you wait a very long time for the light to change. Meanwhile there is no traffic crossing the intersection from east-west highway. Also the turn lane lights on conowingo rd will change even though there was never a vehicle present at the light attempting to make a turn. This causes an unnecessary delay in traffic flow that if resolved could ease traffic problems in the area since there is usually a high volume of traffic traveling on conowingo road.
