    They’ve been working, and I use the term loosely, on this road for over six months. The standing water has been present since the beginning. There needs to be a city inspector to come out and look at the drainage issue because one drain is not going to solve this issue in the long term.

    We’ve had this issue since we moved in five years ago. The culvert next to our house does not drain. It needs to be re-graded sloping downward towards the drain. Currently it is just a mosquito breeding pool of old rainwater.
