    the water is flowing out of, not into, the street storm drain in front of 1602 Benton Street. I first reported this problem 4/18. It was closed 5/2 with a note that it had been addressed. today water is flowing out of the storm drain again. it does not look like the problem has been addressed properly.

    water is flowing out of storm drain, not into it. Street gutter on opposite side of street is also wet. I am assuming there is a blockage preventing water from draining out of the storm drains.

    This big truck has been parked here since monday July 11th around 4pm (according to my doorbell camera). There are a lot of leaves that have collected on the hood. Street sweeping no-parking-times start at 8am on Monday. The truck was there Monday July 18th. There is no ticket on the windshield now if it was ticketed. It's taking up two parking spots and when another car does park behind it - the 2nd car encroaches on my driveway or close enough to make pulling out extra difficult. There are several apartment buildings on this block and I don't know who every vehicle belongs too. That said this one is unfamiliar to me and it has out of state plates. Can something be done to move it?

    sidewalk is buckled up in one area. It flexes when you walk on it. At night it sinks back down. This is in front of the building at 2318-2322 Clement Avenue. It seems like this could be dangerous.

    A bicycle has been locked to the city parking sign in the sidewalk median for quite awhile now(years). It was an entire bicycle at first. It is now a frame and it has been spray painted orange.

    The tree is losing a lot of leaves. I'm concerned it might be dying. Its fairly tall and near power lines. If branches started coming down I think it could do some damage.

    A refrigerator was left on the curb of 1602 Benton (corner building), on the Lincoln Ave side, near 1507 Lincoln Ave.

    There has been quite a bit of construction work going on at this apartment building. Including remodeling apartments A and D. Plumbing work, electrical work, et cetera. I looked on the city permit portal and did not see that they had pulled any permits for any of the work they has been going on. The new owner has had the exterior of the building painted and sanded without protecting the tenants or neighbors (or the workers). I'm afraid they are spreading lead dust around the neighborhood and I don't know what they are going to do next and how it might effect the rest of the neighborhood and their tenants. is there anything that can be done to make this building owner take more responsibility for the work they are having done on their building?
