    The City of St Petersburg StPete_Marina_Tenant and StPete_Marina_Visitor are not getting Internet. While I am able to connect, the city's hot spots do not seem to have the internet connected on their end.

    After I returned from sailing in the Northeast this past summer, I found a new stair system blocking my side of the finger pier.(left or West side) See pictures attached. I wonder how the city of St Pete could have "permitted" this situation, and, have looked the "other way" on my safety? If I get the same stair system and put it in front of theirs....how would that work? This system creates a dangerous situation that may cause people to become lodged between the boat and the pier and fall into the water.
