    We are a poor church in Detroit and can't afford a refuse container for the many people who use the bus stop. It is used mostly by the college and school students close by. We placed an old, wire container that needs repair and overflows. Could the DSR help us with a new receptacle?

    Grateful that the abandoned house was taken down. When I returned home one day found the fence damaged. Did not see it happen although I did see a dozer bend the the top rail slightly. I let that go by. This damage is much worse and inexcusable. A car could not have bent the pole so low. Must have been the demolition contractor.
