Driving from Pineda St. a tire was dumped near the first hydrant past yellow bridge. Haven’t spotted others, but they are usually found in groups, so more could appear in the area. Thank you.

The air stinks when driving on N. Bolton towards intersection with Hy. 69. Are sewage problems being addressed? The odor is disgusting and has been for months. What is going on?
