An unknown Anglo American said he work for State of Texas telling me he would take down my ADT sign and he can put up one for free and I know what he'll do he'll take a picture send it to ADT and try to get my account from ADT: "Thief by deception"; he is about 5'10" , some freckles on both checks, light brown hair and hazed blue eyes. I did not conform but he's hassling the neighborhood. Please attend to this matter
