    The residents leave 4 Garbage Cart out ALL the time. I personally moved them back to the side of the dwelling so as not to look trashy. Also they leave toys out ALL week long.

    Today, the garbage truck piked up the debris at 470 but ignored the debris that is in the street at 430. What do we have to do to get this issue behind us? In the picture below, you'll see the mess they left at 470 and the debris still in the street at 430.
