    Traffic light at the corner of Marshal Ave and Mendon Road will take approximately 3-4 minutes to change if a vehicle stops on Marshall BEFORE the do not block signage in the road.

    It appears the sensor to change the light is located after the signage, or in the middle of that area, preventing a light change. Drivers wait for the signal light to change, and It doesn't.

    I have witnessed on several occasions drives pulling out and passing on the right of the vehicle that is stopped be fore the do not block signage.

    An DOT issue???? Needs to be addressed.

    I live at Berkeley Commons, and fully aware of traffic flow from Northern Cumberland proceeding south on Mendon Road.
    Speeding, trying to beat the signal light, and drivers not stopping before turning on red, are "major" concerns of mine. I am really amazed that no serious incidents have occurred on Mendon Road recently.
    I applaud Cumberland 311, as a tool to make the town aware of issues that I believe will benefit our residents.
    Increase of traffic monitoring and law enforcement, should produce a safer community for all.
