Somebody Graded A section of the bicycle lane a while ago & nobody ever returned to re-asphalt. Now it is starting to erode away causing rocks & Dirt to sit in grooves on the bike lane causing a safety hazard. Please asphalt this area properly between the homes of 1116 30th ave N & 1100 30th ave N

Cement needs to be added to the Large gaps in the Granite curb that is causing BAD erosion onto the bicycle lane on 30th ave N from 1116 to 1100 south side of road. The bicyclists ride into bad mud piles outfront our home 1108. The ground erosion when mowing has been more noticeable & hazard to bicyclists going into traffic to avoid.

Home should be condemned. Not a livable habitat. St.Pete is better then this. Home has been vacant 5 years since Dan died & nobody not even the lady who owned it has lived in home. 4.5 yrs ago roof was on fire & mailman called fire department. Fireman used ax on front door & they powered Main electric off for good. Electric has remained off for 4.5 years since this roof fire in attic occurred. This home has bigger issues then electrical. It has & had holes in roof & fallout of ceiling inside with insullation everywhere (c photo) inside for 5 yrs & with rain from all hurricanes pouring into attic. Wood Fence also is still laying everywhere with nails sticking up since reported over a year ago to code. Sheds wide open with junk. Now home is online being sold as a foreclosure after 5 years of being vacant by past owner now some guy (not a roofer) is patching roof of a home with flimsy metal that will burn down once the electric is turned on. Code has failed to have these items looked into. For the safety of neighbors & before somebody makes this into a GROSS hazardous rental with zero home owners insurance & we have a huge house fire that harms neighnoors or somebody gets hurt. Please City of Saint Petersburg needs to step in NOW before this house burns down cause of the bad electrical from all the rodents that chewed wires & lived their for 5yrs. This is a tear down but should not be purchased to rent. (there is speculation on this already from people showing up on property). This is not a livable home & unsafe for Woodlawn.

This house needs to be demolished. Rats and falling apart fence into alley again, Nail hazard to cars. Fence illegally placed next to dumpsters needs to be pick up also. Shed is also housing wild animals and looks like a home depot potty bucket in yard.

This asphalt alley is behind 1100 30th ave N house. Recently a Duke electric truck came thru and it seemed to sink in a little then after the rain the circle hole is hollowed out and got about 12" deep. Needs to be filled with Asphalt ASAP for this is used by residents daily. Recommend checking the city sewer line during repair before new asphalt goes down.

Concrete Sidewalk is badly cracked in multiple areas from front of house to edge of alley needs repair. A woman tripped and badly bruised ankle walking baby in a walker.

Misc tree branches & debris need to be cleared by trash cans in Alley behind 1116 30th avenue home. Storm debris piles from Friday Storm.

During heavy winds just now this tree was taken over. Hit main power lines and now is leaning on another line of some sort behind home from pole. Limbs scattered in Alley making impassable.

Just repave 30th because if you drive down any other road you dont see the issues 30th ave N is still having on curb sides. However I don't appreciate getting splashed with water taking the trash out to curb. So please add additional asphalt ASAP. I will mark the road with an X if you need help seeing the standing water? Or look at my pic a day after a little rain. I waited to take pic so the engineers can not say from heavy rain cause you can see the road is dry. Dangerous for cyclists.

After 10 mins of rain, water reached center double line and didn't flow at all on Southside of 30th ave N between 1116 30th ave N & 1100 30th ave N Southside of road. Water sat in front of 1108 30th ave N reaching double center lines and expanded from alley and 11th street N south side of road. Cars started driving on north side of road in wrong lane as they traveled east towards mlk. The asphalt on this side near curb needs to be raised to help the water flow towards sewers. It seems 30th ave N between 16th street N and MLK might need to be looked at during a rain by higher management cause cars where at a stand still on 30th ave N approaching MLK also. I have pics and videos to show this occurrence it was bad flooding and not nice at all for being a newly paved road.

SEE TICKET# 4589574. CSR2 rep archived ticket saying this issue is a duplicate of #4519245. THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE that sink hole is not in my alley and ours is NOT A SINK HOLE. This is a different alley going east & west parrell to 30th ave N that is paved asphalt ONLY. This is not a sewer issue either since last year they checked our sewer and repaved that area outside of our driveway. This is a simple request to get new asphalt over top of existing tar road coming into alley or fill the bumpy areas with new asphalt tar to stop Rain water from sitting in multiple areas causing mosquitos to breed. 1100 30th ave N house. OAK Tree limbs have grown under pavement road raising it in air over multiple spots making it bumby road and holding standing rain water in multiple areas going in and out. This is a small asphalt repair tar alley entrance is on 11th street N the south side behind these two houses: 1108 30th ave N & 1100 30th ave N. Any questions call me 727-647-4946.

Asphalt/tar small alley has standing water in multiple places behind two houses that have driveways to leave house. See Dark spots in picture at least 5 spots. This is our main road in an out of our driveways to 11th street N and for all delivery's. Possible need of asphalt over top of the existing area of multiple potholes behind 1100 & 1108 30th ave N alley off of 11 Street N on the south side.

2 to 3 feet Sinkhole just opened up today in TAR Paved alley behind home. Noticed hollow spots within hole. This needs to be looked at ASAP since this is the only way out of our driveway. Not a pothole at all since alley doesn't have much traffic.
