    Same thing as last week. Garbage not collected (Friday) on one side of the road in 700 block of Forest Lake Dr. S. It's like they ride down the other side and forget to come back for ours.

    Recylcing was not picked up last Friday, April 1. So far still not picked up today, April 8, either. Looks like all of Forest Lake South was missed as far as I can see. Thanks!

    Old cart from Waste Mgt is gone. Requested red one from Ryland several weeks ago. Still don’t have any trash can from any company. This is a neighborhood pool (account name RPRA) that had carts from Waste Mgt. Drive to end of Clairmont. Road dead ends into parking lot for pool. Can’t miss it. Thanks!

    This is my last pickup day in February, and neither of my Waste Management carts have been retrieved. Since I vaguely remember they would all be gone by the end of February, I thought I should mention this. They have not left the curb for about a month, seven days a week, so I couldn’t have missed the truck. Thanks!

    I still do not have a Ryland garbage or recycling cart. Recycling pickup is over a week late, and at the next scheduled date of Jan. 7, Ryland will be in charge. Will they pick up an ADS bin and if not, what are your plans for getting the bin out of my yard?

    Sent a missed recycling pickup notice 5 days ago. Still packed full and on curb Dec. 27. Your web page says next pickup is Jan 7, at which point Ryland will be in charge. What should I do with your full bin??

    The recycling in the 700 block of Forest Lake South wasn't picked up last Friday and as of now (5:00 on the next Friday), it's still there. When can we expect it to be picked up? Should we just leave it out there?

    Pile of branches on curb. Very dead. Been there a while. Was told “they” would come M, T, or H the week of Christmas. Thursday pm I called to check on progress. Said they’d get it Fri if they didn’t make it Thurs. But it’s still there. Neighbor also has a pile, older than mine. Thanks for anything you can do to get these picked up soon!

    A couple of months ago, you removed two beaver dams from this creek. Thanks for that! But now that the backyard has somewhat dried out, could you please come back and clean out the entire length of the creek? The photo is a sample of the debris and silt that has accumulated over the years. The water regularly gets pretty close to overflowing in spots when there is heavy rain. There may even be blockages in the drain pipe at the end of it. Thanks so much!

    The creek in my back yard belongs to the city. It has a large debris blockage which is causing the water to back up and form a pond which is about to spill over the banks into the yard. We have tried to clear it ourselves, even though it belongs to the city. It is too large and tightly packed. Please come remove the blockage before the problem gets worse. FYI, you may not be able to get a heavy truck back there because of the rise in the water table caused by the blockage. So please come prepared to do it by hand. Thanks!
