    Hello,

    I walk frequently along Barkentine, and there is always water running into the gutter from a residence. One time we heard a surge, and then the water increased. There's moss and other slimey vegetation growing in the spill area.

    The spill is on the left side of 155 Barkentine.

    The residents might not realize it's happening, but I don't want to knock on their door and possibly alienate them.

    Can someone from your team check it out?
