City Park Maintenance ticket #16008806 to replant the diseased and removed trees from Rio Vista Park was reported as resolved and closed. There was no explanation as to how it was resolved or visible indication as to what was done.

A significant number of pine trees were recently removed from the park due to disease. Thank you. Given the city's commitment to urban forestation, people using the park are interested if there is a plan for replanting those trees and if that planting would be of maybe a salt/water tolerant tree like maybe a variety of oak.

There appears to be a water leak in either the drinking water or reclaimed water line between the shut-offs and the road.

On St.Pete.org under St.Pete Paws, Publications, it incorrectly states that dogs must be on a 6' leash in public areas. This is not consistent with the actual law. Dogs must be on a 6' leash only in parks and must otherwise be under control elsewhere. I can legally walk my heeling dog down a sidewalk. This is causing confusion. Maybe change it to: "should be on a leash in public areas and must be in parks" or " should be under control at all time and must be on a leash in parks". Please refer to city code 4-55. Thanks

Several months ago the city has been out and placed bait boxes. I have bated and re-bated bait boxes every day for the past month, all with no improvement. Pest control professionals ensure me that the problem can’t be fixed without removing the nesting opportunity. The side yards of this property are stacked 6’ deep with junk. These rats are regularly chewing through my window screens.

As has been continuously for the past few years, the junk that has filled both side yards is spilling into and across the front yard.
