    Ongoing issue of homeless sleeping in this area and kids doing drugs. They also frequently light a bonfire, break glass bottles, etc. now that 2nd is reopened to pedestrians, this poses more of a safety issue than before.

    This was reported before and listed as "fixed" but is not. Previous issue ID is 1496069 and service request ID is 15-00037922. It is along the curb and easy to miss when stepping off the sidewalk. I broke my ankle on it in September. Please fix it properly. It is directly in front of house # 718

    This pothole was reported months ago after I broke my ankle in it, but it's still not fixed. It is along the curb, not in the middle of the street, so easy to miss you you are stepping off the curb to a parked car. There are three or four of these on the 700 block of 4th Street SE (between G and I) but the biggest is directly in front of #718.
