    There is a large depression/ridge in the south bound right lane of San Pablo Blvd. Vehicles going the speed limit bounce over this depression/ridge. Standing on the 72 bus, the rapid up/down movement has the effect of making riders jump unintentionally.

    There is a new pot hole at near the intersection of Alcatraz and San Pablo. The pot hole is near the median of the road and approximately 10 inches by 3 inches wide.

    There is a large pothole in front of the California theater. This pothole has been repeatedly filled, but the fill material keeps sinking into the hole and the grading does not match the rest of the adjacent street. It's terrifying to bike over this post hole as it extends about halfway into the right-hand lane.

    The homeowners at 1052 Alcatraz Avenue have stripped their roof from their home and littered the sidwalk with plywood, shingles, roofing felt, and - most painfully - nails. On my way home this evening, I stepped on a roofing nail that impaled my foot. I'm glad I had a tetanus shot recently. Please communicate slowly, clearly, with simple words that littering is not okay and that they must take responsibility for their mess! This is not a random dumping of material - this is flagrant disregard for anti-littering ordinances.

    The recent rain storms and the heavy traffic on Alcratraz opened up a pot home about the size of a dinner plate. It's pretty close to the border of Oakland and Berkeley, so I'm not sure exactly whose responsibility it is.
