    The fencing running along Tacana Way that parallels Briggs Ranch Drive is completely rotted and fallen down. The City needs to reconstruct it. It looks like blight and affects the value of our properties. The Amgen tour goes right past this area. It looks bad. Nowhere else in Folsom has this blight.
