    Lincoln AVenue is very wide at 9th St. Even though there is a painted crosswalk, cars on either side of 9th are focused on the streets beyond 9th, and:
    A. do not see a pedestrian enter the crosswalk
    B. do not have time to stop before the crosswalk

    Very hazardous to pedestrians.

    Yes, there is a crossing guard for school children at certain hours, but if you are crossing at any other time, you'll wait awhile until noticed and traffic stops so you can cross safely.

    I tripped and fell on this sidewalk today. I will be assessing injury tomorrow.

    There is a piece of raised sidewalk a couple of inches above the rest that is hidden in leaf debris.
