The park lights have it been turning on for a while and the park gets very dark. It's is a safety issue and it makes the park more inviting for unlawful activity after sunset. Lease fix

Pile of car tires were dumped at the cul de sac entrance to arroyo Viejo park on 78th Ave and Arthur entrance. About 8 tires are piled up here.
