This is the second week that our leaf bags have not been picked up. But additionally, someone added multiple leaf bags, some breaking, that are not ours (we do not use Lowe's bags -- ours are Home Depot). So now the not picking up problem is compounded - and pretty soon all of the bags will be breaking.

Trash has not yet been collected on Foster between Cottage and Avon. The crew might be doing a different route this week, but 11:15 is very late for them... please check that they did not forget us

A large broken tree branch has been hanging in the street for a couple of days. Requires immediate attention. This is a city tree.

We have an extra recycling bin. No idea actually how long we have had this because one of the helpful tenants put it in the back and only last night did I realize that we have too many. It is by the curb now. It would be nice to have it picked up - but if one of the neighbors is missing one this may be yours

Trash was not emptied. Oddly, the trash bin was moved to the middle of the sidewalk, but still has all the trash in it, as if the collection crew rolled it out but forgot the crucial step of emptying the bin. It is back on curb strip again - waiting for the crew to return.

In a new twist on illegal dumping, someone put a rug and pillow into a recycling bin that is in front of our house. Of course it was not picked up, but no one in this house has moved out or would put a rug and pillow into recycling! This is one of our bins, so it looks like someone came into our yard, took one of our bins, and tried to make this our responsibility.
