116 North Willard Street Burlington, Vermont - Burlington ElectricOn the narrow greenbelt on the South Side of Henry Street, near the intersection with North Willard, there are 6+ overflowing recycling bins that have been there since the beginning of the UVM academic year. Many are filled with plastic bags and other non-recyclables so they do not get emptied by DPW recycling. They are surrounded by trash, and trash blows out from the pile on windy days. The bins also crowd the sidewalk, often 2 people can't pass.
