Light pole 139 is out, along the promenade. Observed last night per passer by.

Light pole P106 is blinking, per a passerby.

At the very west end of Baffin St, at the turning circle, there used to be a chain across the entrance to the levee, preventing vehicles from driving up onto the levee. The chain is missing, and private vehicles have been seen driving up onto the levee, which is a hazard for pedestrians, bicyclists etc. Please restore the chain or consider signage saying "No vehicles on levee" or something similar.

Multiple callers report the left turn arrow for eastbound Hillsdale traffic turning left into Center Park Ln did not cycle for at least six traffic changes. Officer was present for three traffic cycles where it did not cycle. Timeframe: 1730-1750 hours.

The afternoon rush hour timing of the traffic light turning left onto eastbound highway 92 at the intersection of Edgewater/Mariners Island and Emerald Bay noticeably changed and traffic worsened considerably.

The light went from about green for 30 seconds to 2 seconds, allowing just three cars at a time to turn on to 92.
This backs up traffic in the left lane well past Fashion Island Blvd in San Mateo—so much so that traffic blocks the intersection and it’s nearly impossible to get into that left hand lane to get on the bridge.
I work at 1450 Fashion Island Blvd, and until recently it would only take 5 minutes to get on to 92 leaving work. The past three business days it averaged about 45 minutes.

A side effect I also noticed is cars turn into the apartment complex at Emerald Bay where there’s a light, make a u-turn, and get on the freeway that way, backing up traffic in the apartment complex, which I imagine is horrible for residents.
It’s become a real mess in that area.

Caller Joseph Rashty reports that following the recent repaving, the roadway is narrowed excessively when cars park on the side, from parked vehicles opening their doors causing a hazard to vehicles being forced over the divided line to avoid the parked cars.

Several times this month In the 1800 hour the signal for southbound Edgewater traffic crossing Hillsdale does not cycle to green, remaining red for several cycles causing the traffic to back up and causing a flurry of calls in to the dispatch center.
In most instances it's the signal for traffic going straight through Hillsdale, in one instance it was the left turn signal.

Officers dispatched to the scene have confirmed the problem.

On a daily basis in the 4pm hour, the left turn signal for eastbound Metro Center traffic turning left onto eastbound 92 does not turn green, for several cycles.
This causes traffic to back up significantly and vehicles are jumping the red light.

Stop sign for westbound Beach Park traffic is twisted and is facing away from traffic.

Also a cart filled with wood.

Caller reports the green light for southbound traffic is only green long enough for two cars to go, before it turns yellow again.
He noticed it two nights in a row around 7.30pm.
He also said there were no pedestrians in the area.
