    DPW Standby was requested to respond for the Dispatch toilet flushing non-stop and I was unable to locate a shut off valve.

    Murphy’s Law being what it is, it finally stopped prior to their arrival and could not be replicated.

    If the problem persists, email was sent to co-workers to re-contact Standby after hours or notify Building Maintenance during day shift hours.
