There's a substantial pothole in the westbound lanes of Cordova Station road.

There is a fairly deep pothole on Woodchase Drive following the rain. Photo attached. This is on the westbound lane before the subdivisions.

Need traffic signal or diverging diamond interchange. The traffic is horrible and the folks turning on I -40 eastbound have to cross 4 lanes of traffic. They are often unable to because of the long line to turn westbound from Germantown Parkway to I-40.

Extremely large pothole in left lane, Trinity Road & Tealwood Lane

Traffic signal request for Walnut Grove and Forest Hill-Irene. There are only two stop signs on Forest hill-Irene and it’s dangerous for crossing vehicles as well as pedestrians at the Walgreens and for walkers, runners and cyclists.

Sinkhole (not a pothole) forming on Walnut Bend.

Very large pothole or sinkhole forming at 17 S Walnut Bend. Cars will hit this and scrape. Very hard to see but the cracks in the pavement in this photo show the location.

Dangerous speeding and ‘donut’ driving at all hours of the day on Forest Hill-Irene north of Walnut Grove. Unsafe for the Apartments Complex and for Daycare Center. Request is for speed bumps, speed deterrent system and / or enforcement of reckless driving.

Dumping at the end of the street

A trash bag has been left in the middle of the road, off the curb. Someone hit the bag and scattered glass everywhere! Need removed. Flat tire risk for local traffic.

Very large pothole in front of the stop sign. It is very deep!

Pedestrians need crossing signals so they can cross Central safely between Railgarten and businesses to the south (Memphis Made). Currently there is no pedestrian signal at this intersection.

Big pothole, growing in size with each rain.

There is a very deep pothole at the intersection of Trinity Rd and Tealwood Lane. Also there are smaller potholes to the immediate west at 8724 Trinity (in front of the house)

There is a large bump in the road where pothole repairs were not completed. Photos attached.
