Traffic lights out at pan American frontage road and San Mateo Osuna on the East side of the interstate Not flashing for a four-way stop, they are completely out. ./

Safety concern.
Multiple transients with multiple shopping carts and items camped out blocking sidewalk, bike lane, and spilling into traffic lanes on north side of Arroyo del Oso park.

The trash bins on the entire street of Lamplighter have NOT been picked up.

Where's the crosswalk painting Wyoming and Burlison, main entrance to ABQ Academy. This is a School Zone, so where's the crosswalk's? All other intersections along Wyoming were painted, why not this one? ?

Suspicious vehicle and activity Observed this vehicle shown in photos driving slowly down the street stopping on the wrong side of the street, female occupant got out of the driver side and got into the passenger side. Walked past the vehicle, but could not see what was happening inside due to tinting . ,.

Stolen trash bins, shopping carts and trash from homeless transients are all over this cul de sac, just east of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel. /

The timing of the traffic lights at southbound Wyoming at Central and Zuni need addressing, especially during the morning rush hours. Better timing of these lights would decrease the traffic congestion in this area.

Litter and trash left over from a homeless person needs to be cleaned up.

Bear Canyon multi use trail needs clearing of ice and snow. The icy,snow packed surface is hazardous to pedestrians and cyclists. This a very shady section of this trail with no exposure to sun. Please clear. Thank you! ,

Bike lanes, both north and south bound need sweeping from Lomas to Montgomery. Gravel and broken glass areall over the bike lanes making travel unsafe and, at some places, force cyclists into traffic lanes to avoid debris. Thank you!

No trash picked up in Arroyo Del Oso North neighborhood Today is the scheduled trash pick up date. .

Large vagrant/homeless camp under I-40 at North Diversion Channel. 10+ individuals camping underneath. Trash everywhere Human excrement/waste visible going into the diversion channel. Smelled and observed small campfires burning under the bridge in early morning hours. .

Second picture of the damage on the surface of the Bear Arroyo Overpass at I-25 and Osuna/San Mateo. Path surface needs repair. Cracks are as wide as my bicycle tire which is a hazard for cyclists and a tripping hazard for pedestrians.

Repairs requested on the Bear Canyon multi-use path that crosses I-25 near Osuna/San Mateo. Path surface is cracking and disintegrating, leaving debris all over the path, causing a hazard to cyclists and pedestrians .

Repair and sweeping needed on I-25 pedestrian and bicycle overpass. Path surface is cracked, lifted, and large holes are present that pose a tripping hazard to path users.

This house has been neglected. There has been no effort to control the weeds and overgrown vegetation on this property. It is an eyesore to the neighborhood.

The bike and pedestrian bridge over I-25 needs some work done on the expansion joints. There is one expansion joint in particular on the west side of the bridge towards the top that is pushed up about 4-6 inches. It’s a big bump and is a tripping hazard. Many of the other expansion joints are crumbling with loose chunks all over the path.
