Every year this house blows leaves out into the street sending them to their neighbors yard ..

Ridgewood Rd has not yet been treated or plowed

Can a "no parking here to corner" sign be added on Devir St (at Highland Ave, next to the LiUNA building) Cars park very close to the corner, making it impossible for there to be room for cars waiting at the red light (to enter Highland) and for cars to turn onto Devir
