    Vehicles continuing from Monsignor O'Brien Highway often block the intersection or run the red light. This makes it extremely dangerous as a cyclist and driver going through this intersection because it is impossible to tell if another car is going to run it until the last minute.

    The man hold cover at the corner of 5th and Cambridge street is very recessed into the road way and it is located in the middle of the bike lane. With it being so deep it causes bikers to swerve around it unexpectedly which can confuse motorists coming out of the side streets thinking the cyclist is turning.

    This parking situation is getting ridiculous especially since there seems to be no enforcement of general parking regulations even though the last snowfall was days ago. I was biking home and not only were 30+ non-ticketed vehicles parked in the bike lane impacting my personal safety, people like the one in the attached photo are blatantly parking in normal vehicle lanes without any parking enforcement. If I could I would be marking all of Cambridge Street as the problem area. Evidently 9400z0's, and many others', personal parking needs takes precedent over the needs of the general public.

    Please fix this issue and ticket at night. People aren't even trying.

    There are a few loose Manhole covers near the Highland and School intersection right outside the city hall entrance that makes a lot of noise. Given the traffic on the street it seems to go off every couple minutes as the cars go by. There is at least one but given the variety of the noises it seems like it is possible that there is more than one of them that is loose.
