First, the pedestrian button doesn't beep or flash.

Second, at about 6:30am the light doesn't seem to properly go through it's cycle. It leaves pedestrians, Northbound, & Southbound wondering and waiting when it shouldn't have to... it's like it completes part of a cycle then starts over at the beginning making a longer delay for pedestrians, North and South traffic.

Would this be under UDoT jurisdiction because it's State road 186?

There used to be a 45 mph speed limit sign here, but it's been missing for some time.

The traffic light forgets about and ignores input from pedestrians when the train crossing arms are down.

This is causing a general mistrust of the light which causes jaywalking.

It'd also be nice to cross 4800 W after a chance is given for cars to clear the intersection while north and sound bound traffic gets to go.
