Trash collection missed this week for the residents between 2nd and 3rd streets at 14th and 15th avenues. Refuse cans overflowing.

Vehicle has been parked under the ‘No Parking’ sign for one week.

There is a pile of storm debris located at the curb on the east side of 3rd St N. between 14th and 15th Ave N.

Missed recycling pickup

The City has removed 2 on the 4 shared receptacles in the in the 2nd - 3rd street block between 14th - 15th Ave N. Yesterday the receptacle near 3rd St was missed and is full to overflowing.

Wire down between 2nd and 3rd street N on the south side of 14th Ave N. This does NOT appear to be a power wire.

Several pieces of broken furniture have been left on the driveway at the rear of the house. This could be a hurricane hazard. Furniture is medium size.

A mattress and dresser have been left on the driveway at the rear of the property (alley access) for about a week now. This is a request to have those items picked up by the City and disposed of.

Item is in the alley between 14th and 15th Ave on the north side of the alley next to the trash reciprocals.

Construction debris trailer is not parked fully off the alley, a portion of the trailer is within the alley drive lane. This will preclude garbage trucks from entering this area of the alley without damaging the retaining wall on the other side of the alley. Renovation of the structures located on 214 15th Ave N has caused damage to the adjacent wall several times over the past 2 years, and I want to prevent another incident.

Trash has not been collected for more than a week now on the block of 14th Ave. N. between 2nd St. and 3rd St. Trash is overflowing the receptacles and spilling over into the alley. The cans stink, have ants running everywhere and have flies. We reported the missed collection twice this last week but no action has been taken. We are now storing our trash in the garage, and I just spent the last 10 minutes picking up the spilled trash and putting it back into the cans. None of the lids will close and I think animals are getting into the cans and tossing the trash into the alley. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

LED light in alley is directly behind our home and is too bright. Please instruct Duke Energy to put a shield on it. Thank you.

Light at Tyrone and 9th Avenue N are malfunctioning. The Tyrone side gets 2 green lights before the 9th Ave N gets 1 cycle. This is causing a large backup on 9th Ave.

In an area on the east side of Cardinal Dr., directly adjacent to Tropicana and Camden baseball fields, there is foul smelling water emanating through cracks in the asphalt pavement. The area is continuously wet and green slime can be seen in the cracks. The pavement is failing in a number of area due to water from beneath.

Wooden pallets have been left next to the trash receptacles for several week now.

A recently installed pedestrian crossing island is in need of 'Traffic Delineators'. This is an extremely busy place at the entrance of St. Raphael Church and School, with traffic coming from the left, right and straight-on form the condominiums, I have witnessed one car hit the island because it is very hard to see. From the photo it can be seen that a number of vehicles have already hit the yellow curbing (black tire marks) and this has only been in place 1 or 2 weeks.
