    New drains were installed months ago and the job still remains unfinished with large channels still remaining in the streets. I was told PGE was going to repave after they do some work but it has been months and nothing. With the rains coming, the cul de sacs will be a mess and the new drains useless. What's happening?

    Stop light at Rec center seems to be out of sync. The light turns red and goes through the entire cycle even though there is no cross traffic coming from the Rec center parking lot or the new construction
