    Big Elm tree is uprooting and leaning. Looks like it could fall with the next wind. When it falls Major property damage will occur. This tree is in my neighbors yard and will fall on 2 other properties. Tree owner is aware but doesn’t want to do anything. I’m trying to avoid a catastrophe! I am at 901 Peck.
