Stoplights malfunction/mispointed at Old Bayshore Hwy/101 ramp intersection: POSSIBLE COLLISIONS!
PLEASE FIX ASAP TO AVOID COLLISIONS & INJURIES

Waiting at the Max's / Holiday In Express driveway, facing toward 101, wanting to turn Left/south onto Old Bayshore toward Broadway loop,
we had a GREEN straight light ahead of us (sort of),
but there was ALSO a red arrow turn on the left side at the median. We figured this meant STOP for left turn only.
We waited for the straight to go red, and the left arrow to turn green. But then, Cars waiting N.bound on Old Bayshore, to turn Left into the 101N onramp, ALSO GOT A GREEN!! (cars moved, I looked at their light on other side of intersection and it was green also.)

We would have had a collision if we had followed the light.
The whole intersection is BADLY stop-lighted w/ the construction, very hard to see which light for which lane.
I assume either a timing malfunction, causing the conflicting signals,
or else the strong storm wind blew a signal pointing wrong way (eg it may have meant left-turn for opposing traffic, S.Bound on Old Bayshore Hwy).
But, it was pointing/very visible toward the Max's side.
