    This is the third time this tree has been reported. Another small limb (broken now that it’s hit the ground) fell after yesterday’s rain and nearly missed property. This city tree has been dropping limbs for several years on our property, our neighbors yard, and in the roadway where cars and pedestrians are a constant. There is also lichen all over the tree indicating that it is dying, and half of the tree doesn’t even develop leaves.

    (Previously reported under ID 1641046 on 5/11/15). Large tree is dying and is a danger to residents. The tree is constantly dropping branches and limbs. Branches nearly hit homeowners and have scraped the house. Large hole in the side of the tree shows rot and decay. See photo attached of limbs found upon arrival home today. Limbs are also hovering over power lines.
