    The Marginal Way at Franklin St. traffic signals are mistimed, causing a dangerous situation. When the light turns green for drivers on Marginal Way heading in the direction of Trader Joe's, the drivers coming the opposite way to turn left for 295 also have the green and continue to make their turn against the oncoming traffic. I've seen many close calls there. In addition, the green light for drivers going towards Trader Joe's is green for about 5 seconds, so it often happens they will not make it through thanks to those opposing drivers continuing to make their left turns. Complicated to explain, but easy for the City to correct.
