    General Dynamics continues to use outdoor watering. Actually saw Police cruiser this evening drive through a huge PUDDLE while on my walk. Don't they know about the mandatory ban and excessive drought conditions?! Where's enforcement?

    Although we have a water ban in place, tenants in former State St. building continue to use outdoor sprinklers to water lawn. Also noted sprinklers in use on Forbes Rd. this morning around 7:30 am
