The end of South Addison St floods every time it rains. There is a drainage cover there but it must be clogged, 3"-5" of water will accumulate in less than 20 min. This flooding blocks pedestrian and bicycle access to Addison St from the footbridge crossing 195. It's also a mosquito breeding ground because it takes days and days for the water to dissipate.
