We had black trash bags with recyclable items next to our recycle bin on Wednesday. None of the bags were picked up. I called yesterday and they said someone would be by today. No one came by to pick them up. I also reported on the app in addition to calling. The app sent me a message back saying someone came by and nothing is there.
