Need limbs picked up from curb Last 2 weeks the truck has not picked them up

I already reported this once and nothing was accomplished. I received an email stating the report #226815 was closed. "Your service request regarding roll cart repair has been closed as no further action is needed.". I need the cart replaced. We've had it for 14 years and it's worn out. I've had it sitting on the curb as requested since May 24. What exactly are my city taxes going to if I can't get a simple roll cart replaced?

Large cracks at the hinge corners. Getting difficult to move to the curb because the handle is starting to pull away from the cart.

Storm damaged tree cut into pieces and placed curbside. I was out of the country when the storm came through and I missed the collection date.

The entrance to Farrington at Lake William at the intersection of Raeford Rd and Grassy Branch Rd needs a "No Outlet" sign. We have traffic trying to cut through our neighborhood daily to get to Stoney Point Rd and this is a closed neighborhood with no other access or exit besides the Raeford Rd entrance. Please install a sign at the entrance to the neighborhood.

I submitted a work order to have our cart replaced, workorder #76389. The cart is over 11 years old and cracking down the top corner. It was not replaced, I was notified the workorder was closed and I am requesting it be REPLACED as soon as possible.
