Many of the trees on Russell street between Orchard and Elm have dead branches overhanging sidewalks, parked cars, and the street. General pruning would be great!

The church at the corner of Russell and Elm is using their oversized trash can, and as a result it has been sitting on the curb for 3 weeks. The city won’t take it, and the church won’t move it.
Please make them start using a private service! Their relationship with the city service is pretty pathetic.

The church at the corner of Russell and Elm has left their trash on the street all week. Their oversized bin wasn’t collected, but even the smaller ones, that were emptied, were left out. On a positive, they brought in the recycling for the first time in 2 months! It hadn’t been collected though due to trash in it...

The church at the intersection of Russell and Elm has now had their recycling on the curb for a month. It has been tagged twice as having plastic bags/ trash, but they just leave it there. They had a big event last week, and used their oversized trash bin, which isn’t being picked up, so they just leave it there. It will be on the street until they are instructed to deal with it. Please start fining them until they figure it out. The last calls dealt with the immediate issue, but they are now repeating their past sins! It’s a mess!

The church at the corner of Russell and Elm again has left their recycling out for 3 weeks. It collects trash, the pickup crew reject it, tag it, and the church just leaves it there.

The Church at the corner of Russell and Elm has historically had trash management issues, and last week they set out an overflowing trash bin, which was rejected by the city trash collection service. So it sat there all week, and was rejected again this morning. Now the additional bins behind the church are also overflowing, but were not put out. This is a long standing issue with them, can you please start fining them, or require them to use a private service to get rid of their trash? They have events at the church, which they rent out, and the trash regularly builds up. This really needs resolution, and it probably isn't residential trash collection for a quasi-commercial building.
    Thanks

The church at the intersection of Russell and Elm has put their trash out on Tuesday for the last 2 weeks. Trash pickup is scheduled for Monday’s, so it sits out there for most of the week collecting trash from walkers by. It is already so full that the lid won’t close.
