Treat Ave is impassable during rainstorms. Water drains from Grant Rd, from many of the streets east and west of Treat, and all the water runs west on Sylvia to the intersection of Glenn St/Tucson Blvd.
There is a set of stormwater basins installed on Treat Ave just south of Glenn St, but these basins are too far north to solve this issue. Several more sets of basins on Treat Ave would help tremendously.

This would be an excellent issue to resolve with any planned bike infrastructure improvements to Treat Ave.

The crosswalk and pedestrian standing area at the NE corner of Campbell Ave/3rd St is covered in pigeon guano due to the overhead streetlight. Please pigeon-proof this area so that it is safe and pleasant for pedestrians.

There are a series of large cracks and seams in the 3rd St bikeway that are perpendicular to travel. Those are merely very annoying. There are also long, deep cracks that are parallel to travel, and that pose a danger to cyclists as the crack is deep and as wide as a bike tire. These cracks are located outside the "door zone" of parked cars, and are therefore located precisely where a bike would ride most safely.

Tucson Blvd between Grant Rd and Glenn St has a series of large dangerous bumps that are a hazard to cyclists.
