Trees and bushes are overgrown and make it difficult to see if there are cars coming from the left when turning onto West Haven or Fairfield from Patricia

Very deep pothole at this intersection Just hit it on my way to work and I am hoping I haven't damaged my car, given the noise it made!L

Vines and brush from the trees on the side of the road are hanging into the road, forcing drivers to go around it Drivers at night would not be able to see this and run the risk of driving through it

The road is a mess from Dave St to just past Webster Street Numerous potholes and craters created from water runoff

Mattress and box spring dumped on side of the road

Tree branches weighing down power lines across the roadway

Trash only partially emptied Container is still half full

Bin blew over in the wind and was not picked up

Multiple deep potholes and areas of crumbling pavement the entire length of Holmes Drive from Smyth Rd to Patricia

Recycling was picked up, trash was not

Manhole near intersection of Holmes and Patricia. Pavement has broken up around the manhole and it seems to be sitting crooked so that one side of it is sitting higher than the other creating a road hazard.

Multiple deep potholes and patch washouts on Holmes Drive between intersections of Holmes/Blevens and Holmes/Smyth.

Previous patches have washed away and the road is crumbling. Numerous deep potholes from Mammoth Road to Webster heading down the hill on Smyth Road with the worst in front of the VA Hospital.

Mattresses and bedding on the side of the road. Was already reported once and received a notice it had been resolved, however the items are still there. I passed them this morning.

Patch is deteriorating and multiple potholes are opening up this one is the largest and we have to listen to cars hitting it all night.
