Hi, I know this isn't the best place to post this but it seems like this site fosters a community of engaged people. I am a student who grew up around Kingston. I am doing a project about sound in Kingston and I am wondering if anyone has any insight or thoughts about noise/sound in Kingston. How you experience/deal with it it, how police respond to it,how government responds, any topic, I am interested in hearing what you have to say.
