    Traffic directional sign painted on Tidewater Way/Diamond Causeway directing the left lane to either go straight or turn left for Landings Way South is badly faded and needs repainting. Also needs to be larger. Perhaps another sign could be painted behind it so drivers would know to turn left from the left lane only! Perhaps road signs should be installed also. Had a near miss yesterday when a Ford Transit Van with NJ plates turned left from the right hand lane directly in front of me. Three lanes of traffic merge right before this turn off with the possibility of all three lanes wanting to turn left. Dangerous intersection.

    The garbage truck that serviced 118 Wickersham leaks putrid liquid and solids on to the asphalt. It is very unpleasant to smell and look at. Needs to be cleaned up and garbage trucks need to have diaper affixed to their undercarriage. This has been going on for many years and needs to stop. It is definitely not up to Landings standards.

    This is not CURBSIDE Pickup but for Chatham County Engineers. There is talk of making Diamond Causeway only a 2 lane road at the intersection of Green Island and McWhorter Rd. in other words eliminate the left turn only lane as it is illegal. I suggest keeping that lane and put a pole up similar to the picture which would hold 3 blinking stop lights. This simple fix will allow all three lane to be kept and traffic at this intersection will not be a nightmare.

    There is a sign warning motorist that right lane must turn right. BUT there needs to be another additional similar sign much further back so that RV's and trucks hauling big RV trailers have plenty of time to get in the left lane to go straight to the State Park. THIS ACTUALLY A REQUEST FOR A NEW ADDITIONAL SIGN!

    Across Montgomery XRd is a school warning sign which is hidden from view of the West bound traffic by heavy tree growth. It needs to be trimmed back so that it is visible. The sign is just to the right of the brown tree limb laying on the ground.
    I was stopped at the stop sign on Old Montgomery Rd about to enter on to East Montgomery Crossroads.

    Gate enclosing dumpster swings open too far, potentially damaging vehicles parked in handicap space. A stop to stop it swinging open so far would be greatly appreciated. Put it on the ground if it will not damage tires.
