When the trash truck empted the large alley container, all of the contents were dumped in the alley between Bayside South and Edwards Ave. south. Coloset address is 319 Bethel Ave. south.

The contractor for the sewer work on 4th Street South between 25th and 26th Avenues south has redirected northbound 4th Street traffic down Edwards Ave. south to Bethel Ave. south and then to nowhere, i.e. no other detour signs posted. Large commercial box trucks, semi-trucks, trucks with large boats and hundreds of cars are now traveling down several narrow (street parking) streets. Many of the vehicles are passing through the stop sign at Bethel and Bayside without stopping. People waiting for PSTA buses on 4th in the "No travel zone" are confused as there are no buses coming through the area. I would estimate that 60-70% of the northbound traffic is coming thorough the Big Bayou neighborhood due to a contractors lighted sign directing vehicles down Edwards S., BTW, at least a dozen children live and play on the short-street Edwards. This is not only a poorly played operation and nuisance, but also an extreme public safety hazard! .

The alley between Bayside Dr. South and Edwards South needs to be filled in and "bladed." Numerous potholes and ruts.

The two catch basins located at the intersection of 4th Stree South and Taylor Avenue continue to be clogged. Recent rains result in the street being reduced to one-half lane and sidewalks covered and made impassable.

Furniture illegally dumped in alley one lot east of the intersection of 4th Street South and the alley between Bayside and Edwards South.

At four different locations in this alley, from 4th Steer South to the 2700 block, beds, couches microwave, strollers, chest of drawers, etc. have been dumped.

There are at least four locations on this avenue where household furniture and other items have been dumped. MOst it located on the south side of the avenue.

Makeshift fence in rear of residence has collapsed and sticks out in alley partially blocking sanitation trucks and other vehicles. Fence needs to be replaced.

The roadbed is collapsing due to bus traffic and water is pooling and riders are being splashed.

Throughout the Big Bayou neighborhood Frontier Communication's connection boxes are in disrepair and unsightly. They sit on the City's right-of-way, for which they are charged. These boxes need to be fixed, repaired, and/or brought up to proper standard.

Excessive trash and debris in back yard. Rodents spotted in same area.

Bus traffic at this particular buss stop has depressed the the road bed . When it rains water, as shown in the picture, accumulates curbside. Cars driving by spray water into the bus stop forcing PSTA riders to stand behind and outside the bus stop covering. The roadbed needs to be raised so the water will run off. This is a second request.

ADA required sidewalk ramp has deteriorated and is now a hazardous condition. See ALF in background. Repair needed.

Bush trimmings from adjacent apartments left in piles by the sidewalk for over a week.

Three guy wires from a Duke Energy poles cross a sidewalk at a height of five feet or less. Guy wires are too low and unmarked....choking and garating risk to walkers.

Brush dumped roadside....see pic...

Grass between Taylor (roadside) and the side walk is two feet high.

Catch basins on both sides of the street (Taylor & 4th south) appear to be clogged.
