    This is a clogged gutter sewer at 516 N. Armour. Needs to be jetted or vacuumed out by Streets & Sanitation! Entire block floods in gutter & parkway every time it rains, been an issue for 6 Plus months or so. Thanks for your prompt attention!

    Allied Waste Services @ 773-579-3600 have rusted dumpster bottoms that service condos at 3573 W. Lyndale. It allows rats to freely enter dumpster and take away food. This goes on all night with many multiple families of rats coming and going. This IS the source of our alley rat problem. No city container is bothered because they are properly sealed! I emailed AW with this complaint on 5/25/17 with no response. It's time to get city departments and FINES involved!
