    Why are these lying all around the East Side? A couple on Forest one on River near Cherry Court. Someone went around and put "Caution Tape" around them. There are also support cables hanging from various telephone poles. I don't think these pose a danger but mowing will be tough.

    There is a sink hole developing under Forest Avenue at Hemphill. Guessing this is caused by the never cleaned storm drains. Proper Maintenance prevents problems. I'm sure this will be ignored by "Gary" but it has been submitted.

    This is the way the bike lane looks on East Forest between Dwight St. and River St. It's been this way for a couple of months. As you can see City Staff has been in the area (because they placed a recycle bin in the bike lane). This is typical of the bike lanes in the city, it makes them unusable and extra unsafe for bicyclists who have to weave out into traffic because of poor maintenance. If City Staff sees an issue they should resolve it instead of ignoring it.

    Both storm drains on the Northern part of Hemphill have been clogged with debris for 2 months. DPW was made aware and acknowledge this problem with "Street sweeper has moved on from your area" twice. Hemphill Street floods every time it rains. This creates a dangerous hydroplaning situation for cars traveling down Hemphill that don't expect 5 inches of water on the street.

    The Switch Box between the Railroad Tracks and the Ladder Company has been covered in graffiti for months. Please have this painted. I know the City , for some reason, doesn't hold the Railroad responsible for things but it's time to start.

    DTE decided that cutting trees and blocking sidewalks was an appropriate job today. these branches were placed by DTE not the homeowners. please contact them and let them know blocking sidewalks is not appropriate.

    a lot of the crack sealing they did last fall on Dwight Hemphill and Stanley has come loose and plowed into the easements over the winter. The company obviously did something wrong. City should look into this issue as warranty work. it's also left a mess in most yards.

    so this,. the furthest east crosswalk in depot town is almost unpassable. last complaint (3 days ago) there was an issue if it was the dpw or the DDA. both are tax dollars at work how about somebody work? it's just stupid that things like this are ignored. as I was filling this out 7 people complained. last year this wasn't touched. sidetrack and aubrees both have issues at thier cuts #respectpatrons
