    I have reported this issue with the graffiti on the CSX bridge many times in the pass 10 years and nothing has ever been done. I fell that CSX should be fined, for allowing this graffiti on their property for so long. I am sure that if the Mayor or City Council had to look at this graffiti everyday it would be remove ASAP. Most of all, maybe the code inforcment or polcie didn't see the graffiti and report the issue to the city. I fell that the City of St. Peterburg will make a timely decision on this matter.

    Will someone PLEASE check and see if the NO TRUCK signs are in place on the 31st north stretch of the road, both ways from 40th Ave. TO 44TH Ave. north. There were 2 signs telling the truck drivers that this is a residential area and they SHOULD use 44th Ave north. as their ingress. May be someone took down the signs for the detour that was ran through our residential neighborhood. We all have kids in this area and we would like to keep them as safe as all the other neighborhoods. Plus the trucks are pulverizing the old road 31st Street north to death.

    Can someone please fix all the pot holes from 40th ave north to 44th ave north on (31st street north). The road (31st street north) is a mess from the detour, when the CSX drainage repair under the bridge was done earlier. 2 of the pot holes are 10" inches deep! And can someone please pickup all the detour signs that were left behind, they make a great eyesore .Maybe you can put up bigger NO TRUCK signs so the tractor trailer don't come through in the middle of the night.

    city fixed a problem about 3 weeks ago. the hole is about 15 inch's wide.

    38th Ave North Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
    All of the detoured traffic from 38th Ave north is going down 31st Street North (north bound) and is coming into the residential neighborhood. The morning and evening rush hour traffic is dangerous from frustrated drivers. The traffic is speeding down the 31st Street dilapidated county road. Why didn't the City close off 38th Ave from 28th Street North like the City did back when they closed the road for the drainage issue under the bridge that they are repairing again.

    38th Ave North Between 33rd Street North And 31st Street North Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
    There is a large steel plate in the road under the CSX bridge. The steel plate is loose and moves as vehicles drive over the plate. It could possibly could be dislodge if a large truck drives over it and make a serious issue for the next vehicle and possibly injure someone.
