Bricks on crosswalk heading north east out of town in front of old bowling alley and to Pancake Sundae- 3-4 bricks missing. Traveling yesterday 11/27/18 and got a flat tire. Will be filling out a claim form.

Two residents have called from Saunder Street and Hamden Street claiming the roads are in need of grating.

Resident claims that the Stormwater drainage has been an ongoing issue. End of the driveway in the road, needs to be re-engineered to drain better. It just puddles pretty badly at the end of the driveway. Westfield G&E is currently there installing new gas lines and road is dug up so this would be a good opportunity to fix the problem. Please note that the resident/neighbor did reach out to the Mayor.

Old Country Road from Route 202 to Dupuis Rd

Can you advise when the pot holes on Old County Road from Route 202 to Dupuis Road will be filled ?

There are two potholes as you enter Woodsong Road and getting larger. Also a raised sewer in front of 21 Woodsong Road.

Resident came into to the Mayor's office and claims with photos that winter plowing damaged cul de sac. Please contact the resident.

When traveling on either side of Washington street resident claims several potholes and are getting worse. As you turn left onto Washington Street from Franklin Street. Very bad in the beginning of Washington.

Resident claimed there is a very large pothole that needs a cone. Dangerous and claims that cars are swerving to avoid it.

Laurie Roy called on 2.6.18 at 1:30pm and claimed that is was very icy in the cul de sac of Canal Drive and she was concerned for trucks going through that area. She contacted the Mayor's office because the DPW office went to voice mail.

Resident claiming water drainage issues at their residence, needs assistance.
